Okay so here is how Promotions will work:

Every artist is to begin as a Member Artist. At the end of each month, we will post a thread that will allow nominations for promotions. You may ONLY nominate yourself for a promotion, seeing as if you nominate someone else, they may not be ready for what it takes to be the next level artist. Each month an artist will only be allowed to move up ONE level at a time. This is not to be mean - especially if you make terrific graphics - it is just so that you find yourself challenged and always striving to be a little better.

Here are the requirements for each level artists:

Members & Member Artists!
Alright so everyone when they register will start out as a Member. To gain the Member Artist status you must post a gallery in THIS forum. From there you'll be promoted to a Member Artist. Member Artists may fill the Member Artist requests, and compete in challenges. They may also request graphics. Members are allowed to ONLY request graphics and ONLY participate in MEMBER Artist challenges. Members & Member Artists may also post Up For Grabs graphics in that forum. There will be a separate section of just Member & Member Artist graphics.

Sophmore Artists!
This is the next level up. After you've shown your knowledge of the basics of graphic making (i.e; blending, coloring, etc) These graphics should be nicely made, but show potential to become much, much better. As a Sophomore artist, you will be able to enter into general challenges, as well as challenges for the lower level artist groups. You'll be allowed to fill requests as long as the requester isn't requesting a JA+ Along with this, you'll be able to post your old, unneeded or unwanted graphics in the up for grabs forum!

Junior Artists!
Junior Artist is that big leap from being an amateur graphic maker to being a skilled graphic maker. Junior Artists not only know how to make a good graphic, but are starting to develop their own styles. As a Junior Artist, you will be able to participate in the JA+ challenges, fill requests, and of course post in the up for grabs. Junior Artists will also have the privilege to post tutorials, whether they be technique tutorials or specific graphic tutorials.

Senior Artists!
Senior Artists are nearing perfection. There is limited flaw in a Senior Artist's graphic. Senior Artists have all the same allowances that Juniors do, but make a more pleasing graphic that is easy to spot by style. When requesting a graphic, it may be requested that only Senior+ fill the graphic.

Graduate Artists!
Think of Graduate as graduating from school... in this case our little FLEET graphic school! Graduate Artists are the best of the best. Their graphics are flawless and technique and style can be spotted from miles away.
