Be Organized.
--No one wants to see a messy gallery, and when it comes to promotions, the neater your gallery is, the more likely we'll promote you. It shows that you put effort into it.

Post a Variety.
--You are allowed 50 images in your gallery, but if 49 of them are icons, it doesn't really show us how well developed your skills are. However, if you (much like myself) loathe icons more than life itself, include a variety of other graphics to make up for it.

Choose Your BEST Work.
--While it's nice to see improvement, there is really no way for us to know that a banner that was made two years ago versus one that was made two days ago weren't made on the same day. We want to see the best of what you can do, so as your skills improve, delete (or link) your old work.

Make Sure Your Images Work!
--I don't know about anyone else, but it annoys me when I go to someone's gallery and I see that stupid photobucket image has been removed icon, so make sure that ALL your images are up and working and aren't going to expire. When we see those in your gallery it makes us think that you don't care.

INCLUDE YOUR LAST UPDATE IN YOUR TOPIC DESCRIPTION!
--This way we know that you have updated within the month you're applying for promotion.
