Welcome to the FLEET.
Now that you're here lets fill you in on some important rules. There won[t be many but they need to strictly be followed.
There is to be no bashing of others on this site. It will not be tolerated. Depending on the severity of the case is how we are going to discipline offenders. Please PM an admin if you notice anything.
No personal pictures or myspace/facebook related images. If you are found to have those images you will be warned and those images to be deleted without notices.
No nudity or drugs or anything illegal is to be portrayed in any graphic. If you are found with such, you will be warned and images with be removed without notice. If you are found again your account will be deleted and your IP address permanently banned.
Keep profanity to a minimum. While it is allowed we do have younger members. If someone asks you to stop because it offends them. please do. If someone offends you, you may politely ask them to stop.
Please keep avatars to 100x100 and signatures no bigger than 500x200. If your signature stretches the page or is larger than 500x200 you will be asked to remove it. IF it is not removed in 24 hours an admin will remove it for you.
Do not span anywhere except the spam thread. Any double posts will be deleted by an admin or a mod.
Absolutely no stealing. If you have been found stealing any graphic, your account will be deleted and banned without warning.
